The facility changed over time, but the operating logic remained the same: review the requirement, define the process, machine the part, and inspect the result.
Kondak Metalworks was founded in 1960 in Porto Alegre, RS, by José and Sofia Kondak. The founders began with a single bench lathe, providing services to companies in the region.
In 1974, the company also began serving the automotive and agricultural sectors. As demand increased, Kondak expanded its industrial structure for more complex machining work.
Today, Kondak operates in an approximately 2,000 m² area in the Industrial District of Cachoeirinha, RS, with ISO 9001:2015 certification and about 70 team members across 3 shifts.
Kondak supplies national and multinational OEMs that require quality, delivery, and documentation controls.
