Which part dimensions can Kondak machine?

Kondak publishes Ø 3 to 76 mm bar capacity, machinable length up to 580 mm in dedicated operations, and diameter up to 400 mm in specific applications. These are not universal or combinable limits; the drawing must be reviewed.

Does Kondak work to a 0.005 mm tolerance?

Kondak publishes a tolerance reference of up to 0.005 mm. Confirmation depends on the dimension, geometry, material, process, stability, finishing, batch, and measurement method defined for the part.

Which materials can be quoted?

Published families are aluminum, steel, bronze, brass, stainless steel, engineering plastics, titanium, and cast or forged blanks. Send alloy/grade, standard, condition, hardness, and required certificate to confirm specific coverage.

Does the matrix confirm that my project is feasible?

No. The matrix supports screening and shows published references. Feasibility, process, tolerance, capacity, pricing, and lead time are confirmed only after review of the drawing, material, quantity, finishing, inspection, and delivery.

Which quality documents can be reviewed?

Depending on the order, review can consider dimensional reports, traceability, certificates, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Poka-Yoke, and control plans. The document scope should be included in the RFQ.

Are all processes performed in-house?

Published core operations include machining, turning, centerless grinding, threading, and assembly. Heat treatment, painting, surface treatment, welding, packaging, and forged blanks can be coordinated with approved suppliers.
